At Entry Envy, we want your experience to feel simple, seamless, and stress free from the moment you order to the moment your faux planter arrives at your door. Because many of our products are oversized, handcrafted, or made to order, we’ve outlined our shipping and return policies below to ensure expectations are clear.

SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Certain custom, oversized, or seasonal products may require additional preparation time before shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer free shipping on all residential orders within the continental United States unless otherwise stated on the product page.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

LARGE OR OVERSIZED SHIPMENTS

Some products may ship via freight carrier due to size or weight. If your order requires freight delivery, our team may contact you to coordinate delivery timing and details.

Please inspect all items upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is visible shipping damage.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines may occasionally be impacted by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OUR GOAL

We want you to love your Entry Envy products. If something is not right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Seasonal subscription products after shipment
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@entryenvy.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production or shipment preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
