The Seasons of Love

I’ve reflected a lot on what I want these blogs to be. Do I keep everything the same? Do I change it up? What do I want my message to be?

After spending time with those questions, I’ve landed on two things. First, I want this space to be personal. I want you to feel like you know me better. I want to share reflections that are inspirational and informative — sometimes practically helpful, and other times simply leaving you feeling uplifted.

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, this blog focuses on inspiration and love.

Love Has Many Seasons

Love has many seasons, and true love weathers them all. Love is more than a romantic relationship; it can be a friendship, a career, a home, or even a beloved pet. Love is both a gift and a choice — one we make intentionally, over and over again.

Love isn’t always perfect. Sometimes it’s wrapped in pain and loss, and other times in growth and triumph. But the deepest love is the kind that sustains us through every season of life.

A Season of Lifelong Friendship

One of the seasons of love I am most grateful for is my lifelong friendship with my best friend. After months of phone tag, we finally caught up a few days ago. We’ve been connected since childhood and haven’t lived in the same state for over 20 years.

Yet every time we find even five minutes to talk, my soul feels lighter and my bucket is full.

Our friendship has stood the test of time. We are each other’s “vault” — a safe space for our biggest dreams and deepest fears. A place without judgment, filled with support. Are we lucky? Of course. But we are also intentional. Love does not survive without intention.

A New Season of Love: Entry Envy

When I think of Entry Envy, I think of another season of love. Is it new? Yes. Has it already challenged me? Daily 😊. Do I hope it has many seasons ahead? Desperately.

No matter what lies ahead, my intention is to live this story fully and wholeheartedly.
