Each item is handmade from start to finish in Omaha, Nebraska. Minor imperfections are normal and add to the unique signs' character and charisma. Our goal is to delight our customers and we strive for five-star reviews.

Our signs are made with only the highest quality materials and should last many years, but since most are designed to be outside and in the elements, some will endure more weather depending on geographic location and placement on the home than others. The signs have been sealed with two coats of exterior varnish, but nonetheless, they are wood and the weather will take a toll in time.

We guarantee our signs for one year and if you are a current subscriber, at your one year anniversary we will send you an Annual Care Kit to replace your planter box foam block and touch up your paint if needed.

Please note our signs are handmade by women in Omaha, Nebraska. Every sign is truly custom and unique! Natural imperfections in the wood contribute to the character. The durability of the sign depends on many factors, such as your geographic location and protection from the elements, including moisture, salt, and sun exposure.

Entry Envy warrants that our signs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment. If your sign doesn’t meet this warranty, please contact us promptly within the one-year period at social@entryenvy.com. We may ask you to provide a photograph to authorize the return of your sign. Upon receipt of your sign (shipment charges pre-paid), and upon our determination that the sign is defective in material or workmanship, i.e. contains a defect arising out of the manufacture of the sign or that the sign has prematurely cracked or excessively faded and not a defect caused by other circumstances, including, but not limited to accident, misuse, unforeseeable use, alteration, improper installation, improper repair, or extraordinary physical conditions, Entry Envy shall, at its option, repair or replace the sign or defective components. Entry Envy shall have a reasonable time to make such repairs or to replace the sign. Any repair of a sign shall not extend the one-year warranty period.
