Can you install the signs on brick and stone?
Yes! We include 3" multi-material screws that can be used in any surface. You will also need a carbide drill bit to pre-drill your hole. You can pick one up at your local hardware store or add to your order HERE.

How long will it take to get my sign?
We try to customize and ship signs out within 3-5 days of placing the order. All signs are shipped via USPS or UPS and a tracking number is provided to you. If you are planning on giving a gift and short on time, you can always purchase a digital gift card and the recipient can choose their own sign!
What are the signs made of?
The signs are quality wood, painted with two coats of exterior paint and sealed with a flat finish. CLICK HERE for specs and installation instructions.

How many numbers can I put on a sign?
The vertical signs can only accommodate up to four modern floating 5" house numbers or five traditional style 4" numbers. The horizontal signs can fit up to five modern numbers or up to six traditional style 4" numbers. Please note at checkout if you wish to select traditional numbers.

Can I buy the sign without a subscription?
Yes! You absolutely can purchase it as a standalone item, a subscription just makes your life more convenient with fabulous new kits showing up at your door right on time for the next season, but it is certainly not required!

Are these signs for indoors or outdoors?
Either! The vertical and horizontal signs are sealed with an exterior finish to withstand weather, but they are lovely inside as well! All models can be hung on a wall or sit on a shelf or porch.

Where do I put one of these signs?
Wherever you want! It can be hung by your front door, back door by the pool, garage door, or sit on a cute table on your porch. You can even hang inside your foyer or interior entryway for a welcoming touch. We include installation instructions and "multi-material screws" that can be used on any surface including stone, brick and hardy plank siding.

I live in an apartment. Will this work for me?
Yes! Order “Over the Door” which is a smaller, lightweight version with a ribbon hanger and includes a 3M hook. We also offer a "picture frame" style hanger. CLICK HERE for how to hang damage free.
Do you sell foam blocks and extra moss?
Yes! You can order each through the links below. Just a quick tip - flip your foam block over to double the life of it!
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! We are completely transparent company. When you subscribe you set up your account to manage your subscription where you can cancel or skip anytime. If you currently have a subscription, simply log into your account HERE to make changes or you can email us at social@entryenvy.com. Trust us, we don't make this hard like so many subscriptions!
Are the decor kit refills artificial or real?
All of our kits include high quality artificial décor. We carefully curate each kit based on your chosen decor style preference, sign style, color, and even geographic location. No watering, no mess, no fuss! Your guests will be left wondering if it's alive!
Are kits available for the holidays?
Yes! We love to celebrate "all the things" and have a Holiday and Special Occasion Kit Shop to thoughtfully recognize holidays and milestones with an extra touch on your doorstep.
Can I swap my seasonal kit for a kit from the Holiday & Special Occasion Kit Shop?
We hate to say no, but unfortunately not. You can certainly skip your seasonal shipment if you wish and purchase one of the special kits though! Manage your account online or email us at social@entryenvy.com and we'd be happy to help.
Do you offer military discounts?

Do you do fully custom signs?
The answer is almost always yes. We do custom logos, QR codes, custom fonts, names, and even paint colors.

Do you practice environmental sustainability?
Yes! We use recycled packaging materials and eco-friendly products as often as we can. Our moss that is used as "ground cover" for the foam in our boxes is excellent to use in flower pots to help preserve moisture. We also encourage you to donate your past monthly decor kits to a local assisted living facility's activity coordinator for their residents to enjoy at craft time.
