This is a one-time payment of $99 and includes everything above (value $149). We will ship their personalized box and holiday kit with a gift enclosure card from you and a note to let them know they will be receiving two more decor kits. Their January "winter" kit will ship on December 26 and their February kit for Valentine's Day will ship on January 22. They can choose to continue receiving kits on their own later if they wish.
