This is a gratitude post for Samantha Foster, also known as The Pink Envelope (TPE). I met Samantha through the Subscription Trade Association (SUBTA) shortly after we launched. At that time, Samantha was already well established as an affiliate specializing in subscription box unboxings, with a loyal fan base of over 25k subscribers on her YouTube channel. She had inquired with SUBTA if they knew of any subscription boxes for faux floral decor and kindly referred her to me. That was nearly three years ago, and we had JUST launched.

Looking back, she had absolutely nothing but my word to assure her that Entry Envy was a “sure thing,” that our quality and design were exceptional, and that our customer service was 5-star. And for some reason, she believed me. Samantha has been one of our biggest cheerleaders since day one (see our first video with her here). We’ve had the opportunity to meet in person, and let me tell you, she’s just as delightful as she is on her channel.

Samantha takes her business very seriously and is highly organized. She is wonderful to work with from a box owner’s perspective. She always gives honest reviews to her viewers, which helps them make informed purchasing decisions. She holds nothing back and also has a large community on Facebook that openly shares their experiences with various subscription boxes.

Her unboxings on her YouTube channel help us tremendously because her audience knows EXACTLY what to expect when they receive our product, leading to an extremely high retention rate. In other words, they remain subscribers for YEARS. In fact, many of her followers who are also Entry Envy fans have multiple subscriptions with us—they have a sign for their home, perhaps a Little Envy for their office, and manage a subscription for their mother in an assisted living community.
